Silent Practice Day at Hamblin Hall
10.30 - 3.30pm. A day of refreshing your Mindfulness practice and your relationship with yourself. The practices will include, mindful sitting, movement, eating, walking and the body scan. This is a silent practice day for the MBSR training. However for those who have completed a mindfulness course before or have experience of mindfulness based meditation, you are welcome to join us on this day. The day will be silent from after your arrival at 10.30am until 3.00pm when there will be half an hour to share verbally, the experience of the day. Please wear comfortable clothes and bring bedding for the floor for the body scan should you wish to lie down and a contribution for a vegetarian lunch to share.
